David Chase is one of the most respected and experienced Music Directors and Arrangers working today, with over 40 Broadway shows to his credit. For television, he pioneered the return of live musicals, garnering Emmy nominations for Music Direction for both Sound of Music Live! and Peter Pan Live! He was Music Director and co-arranger for both seasons of Schmigadoon! (which included the 2022 Emmy-winning song “Corn Puddin’”). Other television includes being primary arranger and orchestrator for 3 seasons of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (including 2019 Best Song and Choreography Emmy winner “Antidepressants Are So Not a Big Deal”) and 3 seasons of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (including 2023 Best Song Emmy nominee “Your Personal Trash Can Man”). Coming this spring: Étoile, a new series based in the contemporary ballet world. David also appeared onscreen in Season 5 of Maisel as the bandleader and announcer for ‘The Gordon Ford Show’. He has conducted numerous film scores, and arranges regularly for the Kennedy Center Honors, the Boston Pops (including their unique signature version of “The Twelve Days of Christmas”), and for Radio City Music Hall, where he also served as Music Director for 5 years. His choral music has been featured on an NPR “Tiny Desk” concert and is published by Hal Leonard. He was nominated for a Grammy as an album producer for Nice Work if You Can Get It, and nominated for an Olivier award for his musical arrangements for Anything Goes. David lives in New York with his wife, Drama Desk nominee Paula Leggett Chase, and their sons, Kyler and Dashiell.

30 ROCK fans will recognize PLC as the wine-tossing, pole dancing “Randi” on the “Queen of Jordan” episodes. Other TV/Film appearances include: YOUNGER, (Jackie Dunn);THE SOUND OF MUSIC, LIVE (Baroness Elberfeld; nun); L&O (Judge Dorothy Parnell). She was a series regular as the rhyming witch Medeva on the PBS kiddie game show: WHERE IN TIME IS CARMEN SANDIEGO. Born and raised in Evansville Indiana, PLC studied voice with Walter Cassel at Indiana University and was a four-year member of IU’s premiere vocal group The Singing Hoosiers. She was awarded their Distinguished Service Award in 2006. PLC recently created and performed her own show: DIARY OF AN ANTIQUE SHOWGIRL benefiting Vanderburgh Medical Association in her beloved home town.
PLC is married to Music Director/Dance Arranger David Chase, they have two sons, Kyler and Dashiell.

This year's competition had 4,941 entries from 83 countries. Making it to the finals is a great accomplishment. We wish these 3 excellent artists the best of luck in January when the winners are announced!
